Every time someone subscribes to TurtleShop Premium, a portion of that goes somewhere that matters. 10% of all revenues from TurtleShop are donated to Trussell — the UK charity working to end the need for food banks.
For every Premium subscription sold, 10% of revenues go directly to Trussell to help fund food banks across the UK. This isn't a one-off — it's built into how TurtleShop works, for as long as the app exists.
TurtleShop is an app about feeding your family well. It felt right to support an organisation that helps families who are struggling to do exactly that.
Trussell is the UK's largest food bank network, supporting over 1,700 food bank centres across the country. In 2024–25, they distributed 2.9 million emergency food parcels — more than one million of which went to children. That's the equivalent of one parcel every 11 seconds.
Beyond the immediate help, Trussell campaigns for long-term change to the social security system, so that one day food banks won't be needed at all. That mission matters.
After Apple's App Store fee, 10% of the remaining revenue from every subscription goes to Trussell. It's a small amount per subscriber, but it adds up — and it grows as the app does.
